Email support@stockatlas.com. Please write from the address on your account, and for a question about a figure include the ticker, the metric and the period. We read every message and reply by email.
Remove the connector in the assistant's own settings, and revoke its access from your dashboard. Revoking stops every future request from that connection.
Ask the assistant where the figure came from (the get_provenance tool names the filing), then email
us the ticker, metric and period. Every value comes from a company filing or earnings release, and corrections
are made at the source, not hidden.
