One free trial per person or organisation. It lasts 14 days and needs no payment details.
If you choose a plan during the trial, you keep the rest of it; the first payment is taken when it ends, or up to a day after it ends if you choose in its last two days.
If the trial ends without a plan, nothing is charged. Your account stays, but it stops reading data until you choose one.
Plans are billed in advance in US dollars through Stripe, monthly or annually, and renew automatically until cancelled.
You can change plan or cancel at any time from your dashboard. A cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for, and you keep access until then.
Payments are not refundable, except where the law requires, where we agree otherwise, or if we discontinue the Service or end your access for a reason other than your breach of the Terms, when we refund the unused part of a prepaid period.
A price change, or a cut to a paid plan's allowance, applies from your next billing period after at least 30 days' notice by email, and you can cancel before it applies.
